Yukon (book)

Yukon (full title: Yukon: Mein gehasster Freund) is a book by Till Lindemann and Joey Kelly. It was released on 5 October 2017. A re-release of the book was released on 27 September 2024.

Information

The book was released in two different versions: the standard book, and also a limited edition. The limited edition came in a black case with gold foil print. It included a signed certificate and three exclusive prints of photos, which were edited by Heilemania.

The book was first released by National Geographic. After the allegations arose in 2023, National Geographic is not the publisher anymore. In 2024 a pre-order was made available for a reprint of the book, which is now being issued by Frederking & Thaler.

Both versions have a slightly different cover artwork. While the National Geographic version of the book has a more greyish tone to the picture, the Frederking & Thaler issue has it in more color. Also all publisher logos were replaced.

Usage

• The poem Sehnsucht was previously featured in the Rammstein book by Gert Hof.
• The poems Ferien and Glück were previously released in the book Die Gedichte.
• Also the poem Einsam shows a strong resemblance to the lyrics of Hilf mir.

• Limited edition: The book comes in a black box, including a hand-signed certificate of authenticity, three exclusive hand-signed prints designed by Stefan Heilemann, limited to 500 copies
