Wut Will Nicht Sterben
Single by Puhdys
Producer:André Kuntze
Released:17 January 2000
Label:BMG
Discogs:

Wut will nicht sterben was released on 17 January 2000.

Information

  • The song was recorded by Puhdys, and featured Till Lindemann as a guest vocalist.
  • Till Lindemann received a reprimand for featuring in the song, as he was contractually bound to Universal Music, and the single was released via BMG. Consequently, the single was re-released without Till's vocals.
  • Only an estimated 90 copies of the original version of the single were released before being taken from store shelves and presumably destroyed, making most copies of the original version very expensive.
  • Some copies of Wilder Frieden, the album from which the single came, featured Till's vocals on the same track - this was also corrected, with newer copies of the album having his vocals removed from the song.

Formats

The single was originally commercially released in a jewel case as a regular CD single.

The single was re-released commercially with different artwork, and without Till's vocals on the CD.

Promotion

Complete promo sheet

The promotional version of the single included a sheet with little information about the single and the song:

"Back to the roots"
