This is the second demo tape by the band Orgasm Death Gimmick. It was released some time in 1992.

Information

The album was recorded in Summer 1992 at the Wydoks Studio in Berlin. It was recorded by Orno Strumpf.[1] The songs "Go At Last", "Crime" and "Boom-Box" were also released on the third demo tape. According to the cover the songs were recorded from 6 to 21 June 1992. Interestingly the second tape writes "Wydox Studio", while the third tape writes "Wydoks Studio".[2]

In 2020 another version of the tape surfaced, which has the same artwork as the 1991 demo but lacks the extra flap with the tracklist. This version has a different tracklist, with some songs having swapped positions; Crime is also missing, replaced with another yet unknown and previously unreleased song, that cannot be found anywhere else.

Also inside the cover of the tape, there is a text to promote the band:

English Deepl translation

While the digital dance underground battled on new sound monsters and long decayed Rock'n'Roll fossils were declared cult icons of the 90s, founded in May 91 the Berlin band "Orgasm Death Gimmick". Firmly believing in the gods and their metal-funk mix, the four musicians released their first demo tape in August 91, containing six songs. The sound of their music reflects the power of hit radio everyday life. For this they use all possible combinations of three chords and the beat of at least 1,000 sledgehammers. Of course, the journey through the musical galaxies of this cosmos does not take place in a hermetically sealed spaceship. While it is not clear from what stuff the fuel mixture of "Orgasm Death Gimmick" exists, but it is definitely better than the usual super leaded. Evil aliens suspect a canister of engine oil from Lemmy Kilmister's garage, a bag of chili pepper, lots of heavy metal-loaded vegetables, and a runny root beer can from Mr. Ice Cube's rehearsal room in the ship's tank. When asked what this band is really fueling their spaceship, Sven Kruspe on the Marshall reinforced chainsaw, Sascha Moser on the drums, Martin Rauer on the bass and Dietmar Schmidt - Vocal, will surely only grin maliciously. It will be best if you, dear music lover, make your own judgment. This sound product, which was produced in the summer of 1992, may help you here.
