Golden Acker Rhythm Kings was a German band, where Flake's brother was a member.[1][2]

Information

  • Rammstein played their first concert ever as support for Golden Acker Rhythm Kings on 24 March 1994.[1][2]
  • The only known songs are Hallo Kumpel[3], Wie ein Würstchen (which was a parody of Like a Virgin)[1] and Der Schaffner ist König[4].

    Flake: We played our first real concert at the naTo in Leipzig as the support for my brother. He had a combo that rewrote English songs like "Like a Virgin" into "Wie ein Würstchen". There was no place we could suit less.
