This is the only known release by the band Das elegante Chaos.
Information
- The lyrics are based on texts by Mensching, Wenzel, Ferré and Jandl.
- It was recorded in January 1989 directly to tape as a live recording by Manfred Kollipost in 1989 at the Luftschutzbunker J.-Sibelius-Straße Schwerin.[1] and released in 1989 on the Das Chaos hat gesiegt tape and re-released some time in 2011 as Lyrik on CD.

CD
Lyrik was released as a LightScribe-'printed' CDr first. As with all CD releases by Dachboden-Records, the CDs for "Lyrik" are all laser-engraved with LightScribe.
Digital Vinyl CD-R
Later versions of Lyrik were released in a different format; a Verbatim Digital Vinyl CD-R. The vinyl CD-R has only 6 tracks, missing "Thank You Satan" and "It's Easy".
