New York City is the first commercial single by Emigrate. It was released on 12 October 2007.
Formats
The single was released as a CD in a digipak and as a 7" vinyl. Besides those two, it was also released as a promotional CD in a card sleeve.
Songs
Technically this is a double-A-side single since it includes two songs from the album ("My World" and "New York City"). The b-side "Blood" is also featured on the special edition of the album. Interestingly, the remix has two different lengths on the commercial and the promotional single. The promotional CD contains an edit that is 6 seconds shorter. The promotional CD also doesn't label the "New York City" edit as the "Single Edit".
