• The single was made available for pre-order on the official RammsteinShop on 31 May.
• On Amazon the physical single went online under the title of Gewitter with the artist given as Various. This was a placeholder, like what had been done for Mathematik and Alle Tage ist kein Sonntag.
• The artwork was created by Den Zozulya who previously worked on the Russian edition of Messer among other projects.

Die Assoziation Rammstein-Sänger liegt natürlich auf der Hand. Doch Till Lindemann ist längst auch der hochinteressante Solo-Künstler. Stilvielfalt und Ideenreichtum seiner eigenen Produktionen verblüffen dabei immer wieder aufs Neue. Aktuelles Beispiel ist die am kommenden Dienstag, dem 01. Juni, um Punkt Mitternacht erscheinende Single "Ich hasse Kinder", passend zum "Internationalen Tag des Kindes"! Lindemann greift hier eine Alltagsszene des schreienden Kleinkindes im Flieger, im Bus, in der Bahn auf. Doch wer den Text genauer studiert, erkennt schnell, dass er Kinder in Wahrheit wirklich liebt - Ironie-Emoji: zumindest seine eigenen! Till Lindemann ist ein regelrechtes Popkultur-Unikat, er lotet ständig Neues aus, auch als Autor von Gedichten oder als bildender Künstler. Sein programmatischer Nenner lautet Überraschung. Musikalische Berührungsängste kennt er nicht. Weder beim Schlager "Alle Tage ist kein Sonntag" im Duett mit Geiger David Garrett, einmal morbid-klassisch, einmal im brachialen Techno-Mix, noch beim gerade erschienen russisch eingesungenen Klassiker "Lubimiy Gorod" (dt. "Geliebte Stadt"), einer emotionalen Soundtrack-Ballade zum Filmdrama "Devyatayev", samt Orchesterfassung und in der leeren St. Petersburger Eremitage gedrehtem Video. Ebefalls gerade erschienen ist der Konzertfilm "Live in Moscow" seines inzwischen beendetem "Lindemann"-Projekt mit dem schwedischen Multiinstrumentalisten Peter Tägtgren. Nun also das nächste Kapitel, das erste unter dem Namen "Till Lindemann". "Ich hasse Kinder" entpuppt sich als harter Elektro-Metal mit extrem martialischer Hookline! Der Titel erscheint am 01.06. zuerst in digitaler Form, inklusive zweier Remixe. Ebenfalls um Mitternacht feiert das Video auf Till Lindemanns YouTube-Kanal Premiere! Physische Single-CD und entsprechendes Vinyl mit dem AlterBoyz-Remix folgen am 09. Juli.

The association Rammstein-Singer is of course obvious. But Till Lindemann has long been the most interesting solo artist. The variety of styles and inventiveness of his own productions amaze you again and again. A current example is the single "Ich hasse Kinder" (I hate children), which will be released on Tuesday, June 1st at midnight sharp, in keeping with "International Children's Day"! Lindemann takes up an everyday scene of the screaming toddler on the plane, on the bus, on the train. But if you study the text more closely, you will quickly see that you really love children - irony emoji: at least your own! Till Lindemann is a real pop culture unique, he is constantly exploring new things, also as an author of poems or as a visual artist. Its programmatic denominator is surprise. He has no musical reservations. Neither in the hit song "Every day is no Sunday" in a duet with violinist David Garrett, once morbid and classic, once in a brutal techno mix, nor in the recently released Russian classic "Lubimiy Gorod" ("Beloved City"), one emotional soundtrack ballad for the film drama "Devyatayev", including an orchestral version and a video filmed in the empty St. Petersburg Hermitage. The concert film "Live in Moscow" from his now completed "Lindemann" project with the Swedish multi-instrumentalist Peter Tägtgren has also just been released. So now the next chapter, the first under the name "Till Lindemann". "I hate children" turns out to be hard electro-metal with an extremely martial hookline! The title will be released on June 1st. first in digital form, including two remixes. The video also premieres at midnight on Till Lindemann's YouTube channel!
