• Till's appearance as part of a special day within the Open R Festival was announced on 9 December 2024.
• After another artist on the festival bill threatened to pull out due to the presence of Till Lindemann, the promoter separated Till Lindemann's date from the festival, labeling it Metal Air Uelzen instead. Despite this change done on 19 December, two artists eventually cancelled their appearances at Open R Festival.
• The promoter revealed the line-up on 27 January 2025. In order of timetable: Enemy Inside, Gothminister, Megaherz, and Doro.
• The line-up was changed on 10 February: Enemy Inside were replaced by both Stahlmann and Black Oak County.
