Background

• On 17 April 2019, a snippet of the song featuring only the guitars was uploaded to the official Rammstein YouTube channel.
• According to the websites Universal Italy and Jaxsta, there is an extended remix by Felix Jaehn, which is exclusive to Beatport. Beatport reported that they have never had that song in their shop.

Stadium Tour

On 24 May 2019, a drum prelude was played before the song. Four black barrels were brought onto the stage, all of which were ignited from inside. Richard, Olli, Flake and Paul played a short melody alongside Schneider. On subsequent performances, this drum intro was not done, and instead, the main synth track of the song slowly get louder and clearer before Schneider and the guitarists would join in. While the synth track played, the other members would encourage the audience to clap. Till would come on stage when the others started playing and would usually perform his Till-hammer, where he would hit his knee while headbanging, before he started singing the first verse.

He would change the third line to "Ich bin zu Hause fast überall" instead of the usual "Ich bin zu Hause überall", and let the audience yell the word "international" of the line "meine Sprache international". Till would also waggle his finger when singing "nicht" of the line "ja, mein Sprachschatz ist nicht schlecht". Paul and Richard would provide backup vocals for the "Ausländer" yell during the chorus. Till would usually swap the line "Andere Länder, andere Zungen" with "Fremde Länder, fremde Zungen", although this wasn't always the case.

The last time Till would sing the line "und ziehe weiter meine Runden", he would sometimes make a reference to the country they were in, or just extend the word "Runden". After the last "Du kommen mit, ich dir machen gutt", Till would say "Ja" with an echo effect applied to it, usually followed by laughter. He would then leave the stage while the others continued playing instrumentally. They would continue playing the main track, slower and slower, and Flake would start mixing the intro synth from Du riechst so gut into the normal synth track. Paul and Richard would each move closer to the center of the stage, when they both got there, they continued playing for a little while before kissing and returning to their normal places.
