Mutter Tour
The song would start off with Richard and Paul playing their guitars alone for a short while, before the others started playing. Both of them would also be providing the "Zwitter" line throughout the entire song, and they would each yell it eight times at the start of the song. Till would slowly be walking to his microphone during this time, only starting to sing after the last "Zwitter" was said. Flake would sometimes remix the "Zwitter" synth in the background while this intro part was going on, he did this at random. At the very end of the song, a long instrumental outro would be played. During this outro, every member, except Schneider, would come to the front of the stage and headbang. Richard would appear to have problems with his guitar and have it switched by a crewmember. The new guitar would have its strings immediately broken, leading to Richard smashing the guitar into a sidefill, which would then create a small explosion. This stunt was done from May to August of 2001. From November of the same year onwards, Richard would continue playing on his normal guitar while Till grabbed a microphone stand and proceeded to smash it onto the ground, before taking it and smashing it against a panel of the stage, also resulting in a small explosion.
The lightshow would consist of red and white for the entire tour.
