Background
The concert was announced on 18 June 2018. Tickets went on sale on 27 June. Regular, VIP, Gold and Platinum tickets were available for the show:

| Platin Plain | $3,698 | All inclusive single room at the Secrets Bay Vallarta for 4 nights and VIP tickets for both concerts (first one on 31 December 2018). |
| Double Platin | $6,564 | Same as "Platin Plain", but for two people. |
| Gold Plain | $3,194 | All inclusive single room at the Now Amber Hotel for 4 nights and regular tickets for both concerts (first one on 31 December 2018). |

A special limited T-shirt was designed for the concert, however, it was not available on site because of problems at customs.[1] It was later made available for purchase in the official Rammstein shop.
